The name of this beautiful holiday villa means swallow, as free as a bird, you will also feel at peace in this truly stunning location! You will be staying on the outskirts of the beautiful Jalon Valley, near Benissa. Here you will want to spend your holidays!

The Jalon valley is one of the finest and greenest valleys of the Costa Blanca with extensive almond, olive, cherry and citrus orchards and vineyards. From the terrace and living room you have a stunning view of the broad valley with its vineyards, surrounded by imposing mountains. In the valley beyond, lies some villages, where you will find the local shops selling local produce such as sweet almond biscuits and delicious honey. Walkers, cyclists and mountain climbers come to the Jalon Valley to enjoy the great outdoors.

After a few wonderful days relaxing, you now want to explore your surroundings! Discover the beautiful sandy beaches in Calpe and Moraira, the cozy and secluded beaches of Moraira are a 15 minute drive from your villa with its old castle and watchtower and take in the Spanish Atmosphere! In 20 minutes you are on one of the most beautiful beaches of Javea. Visit the Fish hall in the morning to buy fresh fish for the evening and enjoy the culinary delights on the terrace of a well-deserved meal, cooked to perfection, on your luxury BBQ! For cozy restaurants and groceries you can go to Benissa or Jalon. The area is rich in golf courses. So you can visit the beautiful 27-hole golf course of La Sella in Denia, in Javea, Altea, Oliva and Calpe or the cozy nine-hole course `Las Regas` in Benidorm. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby.

You can also just stay at home and delight in every comfort, have fun in the large private swimming pool with Roman steps and outside shower, lots of room for the children to play safely around the villa, a fabulous (partly covered) terrace and in the evening a truly breathtaking view of the lights in the Jalon Valley with expansive views over the surrounding area! From morning to evening you can enjoy delicious moments here! There are several shaded corners including the porch with lounge set and sitting area with dining table on your patio. What is more enjoyable than that, on a balmy summers evening outdoors with a Spanish aperitif and then dinner?

La Golondrina, with a pleasant and attractive living room (again with that beautiful view) with comfortable seating, TV (with English channels), DVD, stereo (radio/CD), fireplace, dining area and sliding doors to the terrace. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. And a few steps up from ground level are the bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: Double bed with en suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3: each with one two-single beds. (Second) bathroom with shower. Separate (second) toilet. Utility room with washing machine. Mosquito screens. BBQ. Air conditioning throughout the house. On-site parking.

Surroundings

La Golondrina is located in a green area belonging to the nearby village of Benissa / Lliber.

Moraira city centre is situated around its luxury marina and has about twenty streets, mainly full of restaurants, bars, shops, real estate agencies and housing complexes for up to 4-5 stories high. Partially, these streets are made into pedestrian zones which create a good atmosphere. When walking through Moraira you notice the atmosphere is far more pleasant than in other towns in the area.

For beach lovers there are four beaches. Platja de l’Ampolla is Moraira’s main beach. This cosy family friendly sandy beach is great for young children.

Moraira is situated about 40 m/80 km way from Alicante airport and about 80 m/130 km from Valencia Airport. Both cities are a definite must for a day trip.

In Benidorm (about 21 m/35 km) you can find the theme parks Aqualandia (water slides), Terra Mitica (theme park), and Mundomar (dolphinarium).

Nearby you can visit towns such as Javea (with its sandy Arenal beach), Denia (for a pleasant shopping experience and its marina), and Calpe (sandy beach, promenade and Peñon de Ifach).
