This small palace has fantastic views ... You overlook Calpe and the Mediterranean And even more beautiful: the villa, which is situated on the outskirts of Calpe You can walk to the center and to the beach.
And now, your villa. With clear lines and modern finishes this villa looks beautiful; everything is taken care of to perfection. (Partly) covered terrace with stylish garden furniture, its spacious and provides shade during the Spanish siesta. The under garage (the garage is the space under the house) is very spacious with a high ceiling and is accessible from indoors. This garage is vastly equipped as a games room and boasts a new pool table (2013), table football, table tennis, and a poker table.
The large private pool with attractive roman steps and power jet stream, beckons you to relax by the sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers. On the large balcony, with lovely garden furniture available to you, you could not imagine a better sea view while enjoying your BBQ evening meal.
The blue sea, sandy beach, quaint shops, cozy cafes and many restaurants are all walking distance to Calpe. With many supermarkets at your disposal.

Here you can find a nature park with unique vegetation and over 300 species of animals. From here you can enjoy a panoramic view over the entire Marina Alta coast.
Furthermore, in the area of Calpe there are some excellent golf courses (Altea, Javea, and Benidorm).
In the vicinity of Calpe you can visit villages such as Javea (with e.g. the sandy Arenal beach) and Denia (for a pleasant shopping experience and its marina). The cosy village of Moraira (about 5 m/9km), the attractive town of Altea (about 6 m/11 km) with its narrow little streets and beautiful parish church, or you could just go for a ride through the beautiful hinterland.
For the adventurous the hinterland is particularly suitable for cycling, mountain biking, hiking, etc.
For day trips we recommend the cities of Alicante and Valencia. In Benidorm (about 15 m/25 km) you will find beautiful amusement parks, such as Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water slides), and Mundomar (dolphinarium).
